Using a globally award winning, memorable four colour model to help people understand style, strengths, and blind spots, a unique profile is created for each participant, based on the psychology of Carl Jung, highlighting the value they bring to the team.  We are each a unique mix of Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue energies determining how and why we behave and respond as we do.
